Family Experience at Durban SpaDuring our recent stay at Durban Spa, we appreciated the hotel's ideal location near the beach, which allowed us to enjoy live music and fresh seafood at Wilson's Wharf. Our kids loved the heated pool, providing a perfect spot for family relaxation after our days out. We encountered several inconveniences, including a power outage on Saturday night and limited water supply, which detracted from our overall experience. Our room showcased a fire alert sticker that appeared overdue, raising safety concerns. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the presence of cockroaches throughout the premise was troubling. Despite these issues, the inclusive atmosphere and family-friendly amenities kept our spirits high during the vacation. With some improvements, Durban Spa could become a more appealing destination for families in the future.
